This is a wonderful original 19th Century (1883) Watercolour Painting depicting a young fishing mother who is looking out to sea for the return of her fisherman husband.
Beside her is her little bored daughter who appears to be playing with some of the ropes of the boats.
It is a marvellous scene and it portrays life in Britain during the 19th Century.
Beautifully detailed throughout, and signed/dated lower-right corner.
Mounted within the original glazed old English white 19th Century frame.
