    Kershaw Schofield was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire in 1872. A landscape and Still life painter in oils and watercolours, he exhibited widely including work at the Royal Academy, Birmingham City Gallery, The Walker Gallery Liverpool, The Manchester City Gallery as well as at local exhibitions and Galleries.

    "In the Meadows" is an oil painting on panel measuring 18"x 24". It is signed lower left and is framed in a gilt frame giving an overall size of 26"x 31". On the back are some nice old labels with the title "In the Meadows".
