About this item
A fabulous, two part, copper nougat mould in the shape of a swan. This piece is stamped 'LETANG FILS 108 R VIELLE TEMPLE' and it dates from c.1880. It is also stamped with a number '2746'. It is beautifully moulded, very well detailed, and well made from quite a substantial gauge of copper. It is in excellent condition but the tinning has been removed from the interior. The two parts are held together by three metal clips.
