About this item
An attractive, 19th century, French copper chocolate pot.This is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper and it has nicely castellated seams. The three brass legs are an unusual, and very decorative shape, and they resemble trees. It dates from c.1850. Originally the piece would have had a cover but this is now missing. It is in good condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
Dimensions: Height 18.8cm. Diameter at widest part 10.8cm. Width 24.5cm.
