About this item
A very good quality, 19th century, English copper mould. This is made from a very heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1860. It is stamped with a pattern number ‘237’ and it is also beautifully engraved with a crown above the initials “D.L.D”. The design consists of eight spiral columns with dome tops. It is in excellent condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
Dimensions: Height 12cm. Diameter 13.5cm.
