About this item
A good quality, 19th century, English copper mould. This is marked with the orb and cross symbol used by Benhams above the pattern number ‘629’. To the opposite side is a workman’s mark in the shape of a heart. It dates from c.1880. The design consist of six plain columns with unusual shaped tops. It is in excellent condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
Dimensions: Length 14.8cm. Width 10cm. Height 12.3cm.
