About this item
A very decorative, Victorian copper mould. This is a lovely design with interestingly shaped columns to the sides. There are no manufacturers marks but it is English and it dates from c.1880. It is made from quite a substantial gauge of copper. There is very slight denting to the mould, on some of the high points of the design, and it is also slightly out of shape around the base. The tinning, to the interior, is quite worn and flakey so it could not be used, but it is a really good looker.
