About this item
A 19th century, French copper jelly mould. This is stamped with a pattern number ’11’ but it doesn’t bear any manufacturers marks. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1890. The copper has a planished finish to the top section and spinning marks to the rim. The design consists of eight very angular columns. There is very slight denting to some of the high points of the design and the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
Dimensions: Diameter 11.2cm. Height 9.4cm.
