About this item
A super quality, tall, 19th century copper mould. This is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1870. It is stamped with the orb and cross symbol used by Benhams above the pattern number “209”. Above the Benham’s mark is a small, workman’s mark in the shape of a cross within a circle. The design is very busy with a flat top above eight angular columns which sit on a wide, rope twist base. It is a super design and the mould is in very good condition. With just a couple of very minor dents to the sides. The tinning, to the interior, is worn.
Dimensions: Diameter 15.2cm. Height 20.2cm.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10
