    About this item

This is a first for me....I have seen them in the reference books , but never bought one until now....19thc chandelier pole with "shepherds crook" hook for raising and lowering the chandelier in the large country house....I love the detail with the shaped acorn on the end of the hook and the fruitwood turned pole with ribbed decoration....in excellent condition with a great colour.
