About this item
A good quality, 19th century, steel herb chopper with a brass handle. The steel blade is nicely shaped but it is quite light, making it better for herbs than for vegetables. This is set into a tubular brass handle and the piece dates from c.1860. It is in very good condition with just slight pitting to the blade from use.
Dimensions: Length 17cm. Height 10.5cm. Diameter of handle 2.2cm.
