A very fine binding executed in dark olive green marrocco leather raised bands with gilt ruling titles and embellishments to compartments, gilt ruling to boards and arts and crafts design, gilt edges, gilt ruling to inside leather , marbled eps. Signature of a previous owner dated 1941. Frontis of Byron opposite title page with engraving of Newstead Abbey, many engravings by E Finden, Stothard, W Westall etc. 827pp. incl index, Published by John Murray in 1862
