Huntley & Palmer’s tolework biscuit tin. In the form of eight faux books, 1901 edition ‘Literature’.
Following the success of their ‘Library’ model with the simulated strap and buckle, this version comes with an embossed surface to simulate leather and the book ends are marbled. 60,000 were know to have been produced in 1901.
