    About this item

A steel ice or sugar cleaver in the shape of a muntjac deer. At first this may appear to be a fox form but, on closer look, the shape of the head, the stance and carriage is that of the small muntjac deer and it is well defined. The handle is made from oak and has steel fittings. The piece dates from c.1880. It is in very good condition with just a little scratching and pitting to the blade, from use.

Dimensions: Length 28.4cm. Height 11cm. Thickness of handle 2.3cm.

Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
