This pocket watch movement has a good spring and balance and the movement will tick. The movement has a plunge activated quarter repeater function - the repeater works well and has a good clear chime
Movement – the gilt bridge movement has a cylinder escapement with a parachute compensation curb. The movement has a quarter repeater function with steel hammers and gongs. The movement is in 95% mint condition – superb condition
The movement is stamped HF 98 under the dial
Dial – the silver dial has a full set of hands but the tip of the minute hand has broken off. The clip on dial is in excellent condition
The movement measures 49mm x 7.5mm
The movement is key wound / key set
