Unusual gilt MASONIC pocket watch key c1850

This is a gilt metal key which has an internal rachet, allowing you to wind in one direction only, thus preventing damage to watches with a delicate fusee chain.

The handle of the key is in the form of Masonic imagery, a star and three balls plus a suspension loop. The key has long winding pipe which is a size 2-3. The key measures 53mm long x 15mm wide and is in 90% mint condition – the key has lost its gilding in places
