This is a gilt metal fob in the form of a governor used on Steam driven machinery.
One side is set with a compass. The other has a faux regulator dial and a trade mark “KoPPC”
The fob has a suspension loop
The fob measures 34mm long x 30mm wide x 8mm deep
The fob is in 95% mint condition – light loss of gilding only
