About this item
A rare Victorian unmarked silver and agate kilt pin. It was made around 1880. It is fashioned as a replica of a full size piper's dirk. It has three semi precious stones set in the pommel and in the dirk itself. The body is made with engraved silver and very dark agate stones. There is a large pin on the back with a "C" clasp and a safety clip. This is a beautiful piece of Scottish agate jewellery and very useable on Highland dress as a kilt pin.
WEIGHT; 20grams.
