About this item
This is a beautiful framed antique red dianthus painting by C. Summerton. The still life painting is on paper and shows a green jug of red dianthus, with a single dianthus top corner. The painting is signed C. Summerton and dated 1915. It is presented in a gold wooden frame.
It is in fairly good condition for its age. The painting and mount have some slight foxing and fading. The frame has a couple of scuffs and loss of gold. Please see images.
