Bears Royal Academy Exhibition label for 1932 and is signed by the renowned portrait artist, T.Alfred West, fl 1890-1935 who lived in Wallasey, Cheshire and who exhibited at The Royal Academy, The Royal Society of Oil Painters, The Royal Cambrian Academy and the Liverpool Gallery (now The Walker).
