    About this item

This is a really high quality Oil on canvas of Ducks feeding, the painting is signed H Gunthner and is, judging by the canvas, from the late m19th/early 20th century. The painting is signed at bottom left H Gunthner, this is artist that we have not been able to find any information about, the artist that springs to mind in this case is of course the famous painter of Ducks, Alexander Koester 1864 - 1932, the pallet, canvas and quality all point to a very good artist of the period.

    Condition report:

The painting is in very good condition and has not been relined but has been restretched and cleaned. The work is housed in a modern but high quality frame.
