Claret Berry Yoruba Cushions

These are gorgeous! The Yoruba strip-weave is a rich claret or berry colour. The strips themselves have decorative lace holes at intervals and vertical floating weft stitches. The floats themselves are sturdy, but if you were to catch one and break it, just snip off the tail as it wont affect the weave. There are narrow stripes running the length of the strips and these are a camel colour. I have therefore backed the cushions with a camel coloured heavy linen. Its such an interesting and beautiful textile and these cushions are likely to be a talking point in your interior scheme.
