    About this item

A reclaimed painted pine four panel internal door, likely to date to C.1890-1900. The door has a traditional period design, with four recessed panels, two larger over two smaller, with decorative mouldings around them. The pine has been painted white on one face and has a light paint effect on the other face but the paint has stains and losses and you will need to sand and re-finish the door to suit. The door is in reclaimed condition with some signs of age and some damage, as expected of antique items. Some of the joints have some slight gaps and you may need to carry out some work to the door to bring the joints together again. The pine has some knocks, chips and scratches. The door has some holes, marks and some damage from door furniture removal. The door width may need slight levelling. The hinges have surface rust and they will need replacing. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has nice traditional charm.
