    About this item

A cast iron still bank made in England by Chamberlain Hill & Co. The front plate features a horse's head framed by a horseshoe and hunting horn entwined with a whip, and with a fox's head and a hound's head at the sides. It has a bronzed finish and the remains of original gold paint to the horse's head. The back is attached with a screw. It bears the impressed registration number 624697 dating it to around 1912. It comes with the added bonus of a few old pennies rattling around inside.

It is in good condition with minor wear commensurate with its age.
