    Burr Walnut top with Herringbone inlay
    Burr Walnut fall with Herringbone  inlay
    working lock & key open to reveal :
    Fitted interior with central door, with book slides each side
    pigeon holes with drawers beneath
    Bottom with slide to reveal interior sunken well
    Single drawer base,
    Shaped frieze beneath,
    Sitting on 4 cabriole shaped legs
    carved shell on knees & knurl shaped feet
    Good quality bureau with the Queen Anne look & George 1st shell  carving on the knees
