A Very Fine 19th Century Walnut Marble Topped Antique Console Table

A very fine 19th Century well figured walnut marble top console table, superbly hand carved and of exceptional quality with gorgeously rich patination and fine grain.  The fabulous moulded and shaped Emperador marble top of rectangular form is raised over a shaped and panelled frieze with stylised floral moulding border detail and with an exquisitely detailed centred plaque with beautifully carved detailed arrangement of Neoclassical motifs comprising of scrolling foliate, ribbon, flaming torch and a quiver of arrows, flanked with applied flowerhead paterae.  Supported on elegantly, tapering ring turned leg with fluted detail conjoined with concave moulded stretcher surmounted with urn, finely carved in high relief, terminating on stylised block and arrow foot.
