    A superb quality, extra tall Art Nouveau English silver collared spiral glass decanter with matching solid glass globe stopper, with makers mark for JTH JHM (Hukin & Heath) London date letter signifying 1896. This is a fine example of stylised late Victorian glassware. This decanter could be used for spirits, wine or table water.

    Hukin & Heath, founded in 1855, were renowned for their excellent silverware. Their Head of Design from 1870s was Dr Christopher Dresser and the Company used his designs until around 1900.
