    Obverse inscription:  EDWARD DI GRA REX ANGL Z FRANC "Edward By The Grace of God King of England and France"

    Obverse description: crowned facing bust, B on breast, quatrefoils at neck, mintmark Sun

    Reverse inscription: POSVI DEV A DIVTOR E MEVM, inner script VILLA BRESTOLL. "I have made God my helper / Town of Bristol"

    Reverse description: long cross pattee, tri-pellets in each inner angle, twin concentric legends and beaded circles surrounding.
