DP0504 PAIR OF RECLAIMED GEORGIAN PINE ARCHED EXTERNAL DOORS & FRAME

A striking pair of reclaimed Georgian external arched pine doors and frame. The doors have been finely made and have a very handsome traditional appearance with each door having three raised and fielded panels of differing sizes. The doors have a very nice arched shaped top and the inner edges have a closing bead. The doors sit in an arched pine frame. The pine has been painted white but one panel has been sanded and you will need to sand the doors and re-paint them to suit. 

The doors are in solid reclaimed condition with some wear and damage commensurate with their considerable age. The doors have some knocks, chips and surface splits. The frame has some damage to one base edge. One door has some damage and staining to one of the lower panels. We have repaired 2 sides of the panel and can replace the other 2 sides for an extra charge, if required. The panel has some divets and damage that can be filled with wood filler, for an extra charge. Please contact us for further information and a quote. There are marks and holes from door furniture removal and some further small holes where hooks were removed. The top of one closing bead has some slight damage. The top of the frame has been cut slightly. The frame has some residue expanding foam on it. There are some stains and marks to the panel that has been sanded. The hinges are either broken or missing and you will need to replace them. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are a very nice example of Georgian craftsmanship and would make a striking feature for a home.
