About this item
A Minton tile from the Rural Scenery Series. This is transfer printed in brown with a scene showing two donkeys in a field. It is marked, to the reverse, “MINTONS CHINA WORKS STOKE ON TRENT” and it dates from c.1880. There are some very tiny chips to the rim.
Dimensions: 15.1cm square by 1cm. deep.
