This is an antique mounted coat rack. An English, mahogany folding hallway hat and scarf hanger, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.

It is of ideal proportion for the smaller abode. Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order. Select stocks show rich russet hues and fine grain interest. Set of four fold-out hangers, of turned and square sections.

Finials and drop pendants adorn the end of each hanger. Four discrete underhooks fold outwards, ideal for a scarf or dog lead. Small brass loops aid ease of wall hanging.

This is a smart and versatile antique mounted coat rack, with discrete proportion suitable for the smaller entrance hall. Delivered waxed, polished and ready to hang.
