A fabulous large early 19th Century overmantle mirror with a gorgeous, distressed painted finish.  The mirror glass plate of rectangular form is set within a hand carved frame surmounted with beautifully detailed c scrolls and ruffles with centred foliate cresting, supported on shaped platform base.
