A well presented Victorian antique oak pedestal desk. The antique oak pedestal desk has a turned spindle gallery and open shelf to the top, flanked by two towers of four small drawers, each with wooden knobs. The antique oak pedestal desk has an inset black leather writing surface above an arrangement of nine drawers over and around the central kneehole, each with two wooden knobs. Raised on a plinth base. Wonderful colour and patina throughout. Complete with working lock and key. Comes apart in three sections for ease of transport.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and stains to the surface tops and shelves (pictured), also a minor shrinkage split (pictured). There are further marks, scratches and minor dents to the sides (pictured). There are minor losses to the beading at the back (pictured), however this doesn't affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique oak pedestal desk remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Comes apart in three sections for ease of transport. Complete with working lock and key.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

FREE delivery to England & Wales. For Scotland please get in touch for a delivery quote by calling us on 01685 813594.

Timescale: 5-15 working days. You will receive full delivery details once your order has been placed. For Scotland, delivery may take longer than 15 working days. Please note, the courier service is to the external doorstep, the courier will also deliver on their own so you will need to arrange for someone to help your end.

Delivery Exemptions: We do not deliver to areas outside of mainland UK (i.e Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles).

International & European: We do not currently ship outside of mainland UK.

Collection: Our shop is based in the village of Penderyn, South Wales, CF44 0TJ.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
