Delightful pair of still lifes, arrangement of Roses, Fuchsias, Lillie’s, and Devil’s Trumpet.

Painted on Tin in circa the 1750s Possibly German School.

This delightful pair of 18th-century still lifes are housed in their original carved gilt wood, the lovely carving of vine leaves and grapes possibly French provincial.

If you are looking for a still life that is a little bit different and unusual, this may be perfect for you.

These paintings were found in a large country in House, Sussex, and have not seen the light of day for about 70 years.

The paintings and Frames have had only a very light and clean.

Condition

Some chips in the paint. Some paint loss and older overpaint.

The frame had numerous repairs but still, looks good.
