A French pair of late 19th Century marble & ormolu mounted cassolettes in the Louis XVI style. The domed lid with flame finial, the ovoid body with floral swags and the sides with pieced leaf handles, standing on a turned marble square base with floral and millgrain beaded border. Great original colour and quality casting.
