A large and very stylish mid 20th century vase, probably originating from Germany or France. It is made of stoneware and has attractive ribbed and cut decoration, with the sides of the green diamonds deeply incised into the clay. It has a really tactile appeal. It bears no maker's marks.

The condition is generally good but there are a few minor blemishes to the glaze.
