A handsome young man!  19th c French Shop display Mannequin from an old Gentleman's clothes' Establishment - nicely carved wooden boots and finial - covered in canvas with a red velvet cravat.  No arms sadly but he does have a lovely pose - and lots of attitude! Circa 1880
