A highly decorative Gustavian Swedish Barometer from the 1800 hundreds by Iohannes Lerra.

The dial sits centrally in a mahogany wood frame with applied gilded scrolled leaf decoration to the four corners.

The thermometer tube has delightful gilded cornucopias at either side.

There is some wear due to age and use and the function has not been tested but a lovely period decorative addition to the home.
