A Sunderland, pink lustre frog mug. This is printed, in black, with a view of the Cast Iron Bridge over the River Wear and the print is surrounded by a border of pink, splash lustre. To the interior is a large, dark brown frog. The mug dates from c.1830.

Condition: There are numerous, small chips around the foot rim which can be seen in the images. The frog and the body of the mug are sound but there is quite extensive staining.
