A stunning 19th Century giltwood overmantle mirror of oval form.  The mirror glass plate set within giltwood frame with fluted detail supporting intricately carved crest with centred flower head, flanked with trailing berries, leaves and flowers.  The apron with centred scallop shell raised on platform base with scrolling concave detail, flanked with beautiful flower heads.
