French 19th century Iron Plant Stand from 'Arras' the Northern town of France. Demi- Lune in shape with 3 tiered shelves - in good strong condition with no breaks or bends - the white painted finish has some rust but nothing serious.  All together a very nice large plant stand from the talented and famous 19th century designers' of French Garden Furniture. Circa 1890.
