This very desirable and sought after Victorian aesthetic movement 12 1/2 " long x 7 1/2 " wide x 6 " tall covered serving tureen is transfer printed in delicious dark black against a creamy white background.
The pattern features a cover rim of wildly tropical flowers with Hummingbirds. Hawk and Duck grace the interior along with a plethora of flowers. Two songbirds on each side of the base watch over a nest of eggs. Very ornate bamboo handles. A marvel of the imagination.
