This is an ancient Roman AE (copper) As, of Emperor Hadrian, minted in Rome between 126 - 127 AD
Obverse: HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, "Hadrian, emperor (Augustus)" laureate head right.
Reverse: COS – III / S–C, "Consul for the third time. Decree of the senate." Salus standing right, holding snake and feeding it from patera.
