This is an ancient Roman AE Sestertius, of Emperor Hadrian, minted in Rome between 119 - 121 AD
Obverse: HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P "Hadrian, emperor (Augustus), consul for the third time and father of the nation" laureate bust right.
Reverse: FELICITAS AVG / S - C "The good fortune of the emperor (Augustus). Decree of the senate." Felicitas holding branch and large caduceus.
A wonderful ancient coin with a nice patina, VF/VF+ condition
