This is an ancient Roman AE orichalcum Sestertius, of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, minted at Rome in 175 AD
Obverse: M ANTONINVS AVG GERM SARMATICVS, "Marcus [Aurelius] Antoninus emperor (Augustus), conqueror of the Germans, conqueror of the Sarmatians."Head of Marcus Aurelius, laureate, right.
Reverse: TR P XXIX IMP VIII COS III / S C, "Holder of tribunician power for the 29th time, supreme commander (Imperator) for the eighth time, consul for the third time. Decree of the Senate." Annona standing left, holding corn-ears and cornucopiae; modius with two corn-ears and poppy at her feet.
