    This is an ancient Roman Æ orichalcum Sestertius, of Empress Julia Mamaea, mother of Severus Alexander), minted at Rome in 228 AD

    Obverse: IVLIA MAMAEA AVGVSTA, "Julia Mamaea Empress (Augusta)" diademed draped bust right.

    Reverse: FELICITAS AVG "Good fortune of the emperor (Augustus)" Felicitas standing left, holding caduceus & cornucopia.
