This is an ancient Roman Æ (orichalcum) sestertius of empress Faustina II, minted in Rome between 161 - 175 AD
Obverse: FAVSTINA AVGVSTA, "Faustina Empress" Bust of Faustina II, draped
Reverse: DIANA LVCIF / S-C "Diana, the bringer of light." Diana, draped, standing left, holding a torch in both hands.
A wonderful example with a good portrait and nice patina from an old collection.
