This is an ancient Roman Silver Denarius, of Emperor Antoninus Pius, minted at Rome between 159 - 160 AD
Obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XXIII, "Antoninus, emperor, Pius, father of the nation holder of tribunician power for the twenty third time" laureate head right
Reverse: FORTVNA COS IIII, "Good Fortune, Consul for the fourth time" Fortuna standing right, holding rudder and cornucopia.
