This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of Emperor Trajan, minted in Rome between 114 - 117 AD
Obverse: IMP CAES NER TRAIAN OPTIM AVG GERM DAC "Supreme commander (Imperator), Caesar, Nerva Trajan, the best emperor (Augustus), conqueror of the Germans, conqueror of the Dacians" laureate draped bust right
Reverse: PARTHICO PM TRP COS VI PP SPQR, "Conqueror of the Parthians, high priest, holder of tribunician power, consul for the sixth time, father of the nation. The senate and the Roman people" Virtus standing right, holding spear and parazonium, foot on helmet.
A nice coin, grading at least GVF in my opinion.
