This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Plautilla, minted at Rome in 202 AD
Obverse: PLAVTILLA AVGVSTA, "Empress Plautilla" draped bust right
Reverse: CONCORDIA AVGG, "Harmony of our Emperor" Concordia standing facing, head left, holding sceptre and patera.
A very nice example, toned and easily grades VF+
